OUR PROCESSING PLANT
From the UK's first compact coating line in our fully integrated production facility based in the Heart of the Black Country, we are a ‘one stop’ manufacturer and supplier for all your roofing and cladding needs.
We start the process by obtaining prime galvanised steel or aluminium in coil. The heart of our operations is our "Rainbow Paint Line". This plant produces bespoke multi coloured pre-painted coils. These multi-coloured or rainbow coils feed our downstream roll forming machines. Your bespoke order is then produced in sequence off the master coil on our roll forming machines.
We also have our own delivery service which enables us to give our customers the best possible service.
OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are coated in a ‘Hard Coat’ Polyester finish that looks professional and is very hard-wearing, with a 20 year guarantee. They are available in various colours and can be made to any length from 1 metre up to 5 metres (max 3 metres for roof tile sheets). All our sheets have a full 1 metre coverage (excluding overlap) and are approximately 0.60mm gauge thickness.
We aim to ensure our products are plastic free to help maintain an healthy environment.
We also manufacture all your flashing needs e.g. ridges, edging, corners, drip stops etc.
